In July of 2021 the Pascua Yaqui Tribe made available the Comeback Cash COVID-19 Vaccine Incentive Program. All enrolled tribal members who are fully vaccinated are eligible to participate in the program. The incentive is a One-Time $100 payout for adults and minors.
To claim your incentive, you have two options:
Option 1-In Person to receive cash at the following two locations:
Enrollment Department 7474 S Camino De Oeste Tucson, AZ 85757 Monday thru Friday 9am-4pm Closed from Noon-1pm
Guadalupe Enrollment Annex 9405 S Avenida Del Yaqui Guadalupe, AZ 85283 Mondays from 9am-6pm
Option 2-Complete online submission to receive a check within 30 business days.
A. The enrolled Tribal member’s parent or legal guardian will be the recipient of the incentive in the form of a check for online submissions or cash in person. This information will be verified by the Enrollment Department.

A. As of November 2, 2021, children as young as 5 became eligible for the vaccine. Therefore, making them eligible for the incentive after being fully vaccinated.
